My name is Quadira Coles (she/her), and I am an independent consultant and certified Project Manager specializing in issues of reproductive and sexual health access. With nine years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I bring expertise in strategic planning, policy advocacy, strategic writing, and project management. Throughout my career, I have led initiatives and organizations that advance reproductive and sexuality justice—all through the lens of Black feminism.

My work centers the voices and experiences of marginalized communities, aiming to dismantle the barriers that prevent people from living fully autonomous and liberated lives.
