My name is Quadira Coles (she/her), and I am an Advocacy Consultant and certified Project Manager specializing in issues of reproductive and sexual health access. With nine years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I bring expertise in policy advocacy, strategic writing, and project management. Throughout my career, I have led initiatives that advance reproductive justice, advocate for comprehensive sexuality education, and work to end gender-based criminalization—all through the lens of Black feminism.

My work centers the voices and experiences of marginalized communities, aiming to dismantle the barriers that prevent people from living fully autonomous and liberated lives.
